Nestled into the Cotswold escarpment, Uley Brewery has been brewing the finest quality traditional beers for over 35 years. We use a traditional tower brewery built in 1833 over its own Cotswolds spring. Uley Bitter was first sold in the March of 1985 and is still our best-selling beer. An amber ale with a perfect balance of bitterness and maltiness and a dry finish. This beer can be found in many of the pubs locally. Our newest beer Hussar! moves towards the more modern, hoppy stye of beers but still has the distinctive long Uley finish.
We have a core belief that real beer is best sold fresh, just like in the pub, so all of our containers are filled directly from the barrel with no further treatment added. The best way to drink a pint!
