We sell at Stroud on the second and forth Saturdays and Stow farmers market.

Various flavour and consistency organic soft cheeses produced by Simon Weaver at his Cotswold home. The range includes; the Cotswold Herb Wheel, a delicate brie which is rich and creamy with a rush of herbs to compliment the smoothness of the cheese. The Cotswold Organic Brie which is pale gold in colour, with a soft rich texture which matures to beautiful oozing cheese and the Cotswold Organic Blue Brie, a light soft cheese with blue veins gently running through. It is creamy, mild yet flavoursome and very spreadable. Most of the credit for this cheese must go to Simon Weaver's herd who happily graze the Cotswold meadows of the River Dikler.
