Striking, soulful jewellery, handcrafted with alluring textures and symbols that speak of ancient and mystical worlds.

Pascale is a jewellery artist inspired by a fascination with ancient mythology, feminine symbols and astrology. ‘I am drawn to creating adornments with meaning that carry a story and reflect a deep connection to the wearer. The techniques I prefer are keum boo, wax carving and reticulation. I create textures that mimic those found in nature or the appearance of ancient buried treasure. My work began as a therapeutic practice whilst I recovered from chronic illness, it gave purpose and meaning to a difficult time in my life. To me the act of creating symbolises healing, empowerment and freedom.’

Pascale handcrafts a range of earrings, pendants and rings from her studio based at Victoria Works Studios in the golden valley of Chalford, Stroud.
The majority of pieces are created using recycled metals – bronze, brass, silver and gold, often mixing metals in techniques such as the ancient Korean art of Keum boo, which fuses delicate gold leaf to silver. Most recent work includes wax carved pieces cast into bronze and silver.
