Air-dried salamis and chorizo from free range RSPCA accredited pigs from Packington Pork.
We produce great tasting, high quality salami and chorizo in our on farm butchery. We follow authentic style recipes using quality ingredients to create a variety of salamis and a Spanish-style chorizo. They are all made by hand, and then air dried for up to 5 weeks until they are ready to eat. We have had excellent reports from customers about our products – come and try them for yourself.
We sell at Stroud on the 3rd Saturday monthly, and at Stow on the Wold farmers’ markets.
