MY WHY… Misneach Remedies was created by me, Jennie Tipple, a nature-loving entrepreneur from County Wicklow, Ireland. My late thirties brought a profound shift in my thinking and priorities. I realised that working myself to exhaustion, missing special moments with my children, and being tied to the limitations of traditional employment wasn’t the life I wanted for my family.

The journey began when my husband, who has asthma, would constantly mention chest tightness and headaches when I was burning an expensive, branded candle. That moment made me question the ingredients in popular products and inspired me to create safe, natural alternatives with specific benefits for my family and others. Fuelled by my love of nature, essential oils, and a belief in ethical living, I poured my heart into building a well-being business.

The name “Misneach,” an Irish word meaning Courage, Spirit, and Fortitude, symbolises the bold and risky leap I took into entrepreneurship from a steady, permanent, and successful teaching career. Misneach Remedies is dedicated to crafting natural, mood boosting home fragrances and remedies that enhance well-being, using ethically sourced ingredients and eco-friendly packaging and also curating wellbeing workshops for all to take part in.

Although I’m just getting started, I have endless ideas to grow and evolve my brand. From my home, I combine my passion, creativity, and commitment to offer a healthier, more positive way of life for all. Le grá, Jennie x
