We specialise in award winning free range meats reared on our own farm. Since 2005 we have entered The Great Taste Awards 5 times (known as The Oscars fo the food world) and we are proud to have won 5 golds, 3 silver and 7 bronze awards for our products. We have our own butchery on sight where we butcher and pack our own meat. We also dry cure on site using traditional methods and produce our own handmade sausages, bacons and gammons.

We sell at Swindon, Lechlade and Stroud farmers markets

We specialise in gourmet sausages, making over 45 different flavours. From tradional "old English" to exotic "lamb, coriander & chilli", to seasonal favourites "plum, mulled wine & port" sausages. We rear Downland lamb & beef and free range Tamworth pigs and chickens. 

Our on-site butchery enables us to cater for every taste and requirement. We also dry-cure our own bacon and gammon using time-honoured traditional methods, and make our own speciality burgers including tomato & beef and Jalepino beefburger. All our meat is fully traceable from our farm, we even grow our own animal feed! We also supply a box scheme and do home deliveries.
