We make traditional hand made cheeses in the Gloucestershire village of Leonard Stanley using our own and local cows milk.

We sell at Stroud Farmers Market on the 1^st and 3^rd Saturdays

We produce; Traditional Double Gloucester (cloth bound); Single Gloucester (P.D.O.). (cloth bound); Leonard Stanley Cheddar (cloth bound); 3 Virgins (Cheshire Style); Holy Smoked (traditionally smoked); Hooded Monk; Cheddar & Chilli (very hot); Cheddar and Chives;
