The inspiration for our meals comes from our Gujarati heritage where they have mastered healthy vegetarian cooking and know-how to pack flavour into every dish. My father, Girish, has been making food for Stroud for the past 25 years and our freshly made samosas have been an iconic part of the Farmers Market.
Our cooking is whole food, plant based nutrition, that uses traditional Indian spices and flavours to bring you delicious meals. We only use fresh, good quality ingredients as believe that eating well holds the key to a happy life and healthy body. The way we cook for you is the way we cook for us. Whole beans, pulses, lots of veg and a perfect balance of spices and flavour. And, by including meals that are plant based in your diet, you are helping the planet too!
We are available to cater for events such as parties, business lunches and weddings, and also supply all our food delivered frozen. Look out for our pop up restaurant events too, coming back to Stroud, Summer 2022!
We are at the market every Saturday where you can try samosa and chai, dal and rice, onion bhaji wraps, mango lassi and a range of delicious Indian snacks, we look forward to seeing you there!
