Faithfull’s Quality Baking

Faithfull’s Quality Baking specialises in creating traditional handmade Christmas cakes, which are filled with delicious sherry infused vine fruits and beautifully iced by hand or topped with a selection of the best glazed fruits and nuts. The cakes are given time to mature so the flavours improve and they are at their best when they reach you! We are very proud to announce that our Christmas cake is an award winner, receiving a gold star in the 2012 Great Taste Awards. Something new for 2013, we now only use Shipton mill flour in all our cakes, this flour is of excellent quality and is produced locally.

We will be selling at Stroud Farmers Market from October 2014 .

We source local produce wherever we can, using free range eggs from Chestnut Farm in Coalpit Heath and Shipton Mill Flours from Tetbury
