Today we make around 40 varieties of British charcuterie meats from pigs, lamb, beef, wild boar, venison, rabbit and even goat, which we sell to consumers and increasingly to renowned restaurants across the country.

We sell at Stroud on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays monthly
