We make artisan cheeses using raw milk from neigbouring farms. Kingham Green is a Cotswold "Tomme" made with Jersey cows milk from our neighbouring farm. Haddon Gold is a softer, smoother cheese with occasional holes made using the raw Jersey milk. Revolution is a semi-soft slightly sticky cheeses, Oxfordshire's answer to Stinking Bishop! And lastly, Churchill, Crudgie's answer to cheddar. Aveton is a semi-hard fresh tasting goats cheese.
