We have been farming guernsey cows for over fifty years, the excellent quality of the milk is key to the taste of our ice cream. We use only the best ingredients to produce a high quality and great tasting product. We use fresh milk and cream, often only a few minutes after it has left the cow. Unlike other ice cream makers, we use our own milk and cream. This means that we have full control over every stage of making our products, to achieve the best possible quality. We have perfected our recipes by using our experience of the ingredients, and new flavour go through a rigorous process to ensure that only the best get to you.

Our farm covers 160 acres of rolling Herefordshire countryside. We farm in a way that promotes wildlife, and we try as far as possible to be self sufficient in fertilisers and nutrients. The crops that we grow on the land we use to feed our animals in the winter months, and the straw is used for their bedding.

Our cows graze the rich pastures that surround Garway, and this produces excellent quality milk. This helps us to produce rich and creamy ice cream, and excellent tasting milk.
