Elsewhere in Stroud

Christmas is a time for communities to come together and there’s lots going on in Stroud during the festive season. Here’s what we recommend…

Stroud Goodwill Evening, Friday 5th December 5pm-9pm: join in the festivities at the annual Stroud Goodwill evening. Shops, cafés and restaurants will be open late so you can browse at leisure; there’s plenty for the kids too with a Fairy Tale-themed procession, lantern making and Santa’s magic toy shop…

St Lawrence Church Christmas Tree Festival, Sunday 30th November – Sunday 7th December: the sight of 124 Christmas trees, all decorated by different community groups, is always a special occasion and well worth taking a few moments out from your Christmas shopping to pay a visit. There is also a great range of charity Christmas cards for sale.
